How do you ship packages?
Packages will be delivered free from China using China Post service or e-Packet to your entered address (please ensure that it is entered accurately and correctly).
During Add to Cart (when you click on the “Add to Cart” button in the individual product web page), you will see that the shipping method selected is Free.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship and deliver products worldwide free to Australia, Germany, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, UK, USA and many other countries.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. This is our estimate, but we try our best to ship your items to your location as soon as possible:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped out that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It may take around 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. We will assist you as much as possible.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
